protests continue on college campuses all around the country, two states have shown the nation how to handle radical leftists properly. texas and florida. governor ron desantis called the protesters at schools like yale and columbia absurd. they say if you try that at a florida university you are going to be expelled. he is also now taking a stand against men competing in women's sports. he is now suing the biden administration over there changes to title ix that would protect gender identity rather than biological sex. joining us now is the governor of the great state of florida, my state of florida. a full-time resident since january in the free state of florida governor and i have to applaud you. the reason it's not happening in your state it -- is because you

have no moral ambiguity. you lay down the law. that's the end of that. you want to act like these idiots at harvard, yale, columbia, fit, nyu... don't do it in florida. it's not went to work out well for you. >> that's right sean. a variety of ways, florida is not california and not new york on a whole host of issues pick particularly on how you handle these universities. of these students that think they can set up an encampment or takeover buildings, they don't have a right to do that and they will be held accountable in florida. when i see in places like columbia and harvard and the california schools is the administrators, the presidents of these universities are too week to do anything about it. maybe they agree with what's going on. but there's no consequences. when there's no consequences you are going to continue to see that conduct. i can tell you in florida there will be consequences.

today. i think that messages landing powerfully. joe biden is hiding from campaigning. i'm not convinced that they are not going to swap out joe biden at some point but right now it's trump versus biden. the contrast could not be more clear. then you also have records to compare and many of those working-class americans did a lot better in those four years under trump and they have under biden. they want this to be a country where if you play by the rules and work hard you have a chance to get ahead and... before i've been saying this from the beginning. i don't think he can get a fair trial in new york. i don't see a fair trial for him in new york. i don't see one for him in dc or in georgia. if democrats had their way in the media have their way, he'd be in court for the next 186 days. he wouldn't campaign a day. this is after he spent the whole day in court. >> of course that's the point of

these prosecutions. if you look at the theory behind this prosecution, it fails at every step. if you look at what they've done, these are political actors who ran on the promise of going after donald trump and now they are fulfilling their campaign promises. not actually carrying out the justice system. you find me the man i will show you the crime. that's the mode of all of these prosecutions and there's no doubt in my mind they would not be bringing these cases if he weren't running for president. might shot is... to see through this charade for what it is and if they do i think this is going to backfire and my hope is that it will, we have to kick all of it out. >> hannity: i hope every conservative takes your advice and my advice. it's not our first choice voting by mail, legal ballot and get involved this is an inflection point for the country. great to have you. thank you. a second boeing whistleblower
