the ground, and in the air, the fire still not under control. the chief tells me they were dispatched here to the 600 block of hickory street. some time between 2:00 and 2:30 a.m. this morning, at that time the home was engulfed in flames. people in the attached homes both made it out safely, two adult were transported to an area hospital. they're going to be okay. the fire chief says at this point they don't know how the fire started. >> it is balloon-style construction, he explains that, little bit more for us. >> no fire walls, basement, straight up, very difficult. once it gets in the walls it will run from one wall all the way up across the attic, to the other wall, all the way back down into the basement. >> and the chief says, both sides of the duplex are likely a total lost, we will check back in with you guys at 6:30,

for tomorrow, power outages are possible, with those 50 to 60-mile per hour wind gusts, flood watch in effect tonight, through tomorrow night. a coastal flood watch in effect with moderate to major flooding at times of high tide. we have full moon tonight. and that's going to make things even worse, along the shore for those back bays, inch or more rain, beach errosion with the winds, 50, 60 miles per hour undottedly few power outages, looking at the foot future cast, when we begin, looks like maybe little delay in the rain, but i would say, any time after lunchtime, start looking for the rain t get very heavy overnight. and then rains through the with us in the afternoon, and look what happens, the colder air gets drawn into the storm, and we could finish off with a couple of snowflakes, as the storm exits on friday night. so, i know, a lot of information there. but just expect a messy friday
