Hello!
I have searched and searched, and the closest utility I've found is "Lists", but it does not provide the function described in the subject and below.
I speak for quite a few people (hi reddit!) that share this interest and the hope that this feature is implemented!

The Problem: Account users locate website (URL) pages of interest that are already saved within Internet Archive, but are no longer accessible as found if re-saved on the present day. In fact, some web pages share the same URL string and have hundreds of versions of it that only differ by changing the date. There is no functionality to bookmark or save this desired archived URL to their respective Archive account, similar to how you can when saving a new URL with "Save to my account".

The Solution: The Internet Archive already has a "Save to my account" feature for new URLs, and a similar feature known as "My Lists" - which does not work for saved web pages/URLs. Outside of IA, the technology for digital bookmarking, lists, albums, and so on has existed and advanced well beyond the scope of the solution sought, which offers a vast range of open source and best compatibility options to choose from! Therefore, implementing this feature requires minimal effort and time for a maximal reward for many!

Tech Considerations: It would not add any memory requirements as it would not locally store the URLs/Webpages within the user's account - just like how the "Save to my account" from the Save Page Now feature functions.
Why not save it to a browser bookmark list: Browsers are subject to user error, unforeseen update issues, backup corruptions, and privacy (fingerprinting) concerns. It's also nice to have everything in one place for organization mentally.
