he laid out the plan to help people with property taxes to protect homeowners are the new gop tax plan. friday at a news conference in marlborough, murphy joined by several mayors from monmouth county to decide a bill that would allow taxpayers to make contributions to charitable funds dedicated to schools and law enforcement which would set off a credit on property tax. 33 other states, ok. that is 6% basically two-thirds of the country already have in place systems less by the internal revenue service to allow taxpayers to make charitable contributioions for things deemed important by those states in exchange for up to $1 per $1 reduction in their tax. >> murphy used monmouth county as example where he said the people pay an am of $8,800 in property taxes. yeah. can you explain more how it is approached by the irs to the
